Pre-Season #4 Johns Creek | 16-5 Record, Area 1 Champions, GHSA Final 4 | Head Coach: James Leary
The Gladiators secure the number four pre-season ranking. Johns Creek completed their best season in program history. They graduated a number of high-level players in Midfielder Colin Honroth (Towson), Defenseman Ethan Storey (Colby) Midfielder Trip Biondo, and Defenseman Jackson Goggins. Johns Creek reloads with a lot of starters coming back and large 2022 senior class. The attack is lead by Sr. Ryan Black (Centre), Sr. Jake Snow. The midfield will be in good hands with Kolin Brandeis (Haverford), Luke Shusted (St John Fisher), Jr. Mannie Smith and Jr. LSM Davis Honroth, and patrolling the defense Windham Hewitt (Birmingham Southern). “Every game is important as the next and we don’t overlook any opponents. With that being said we have circled the Lambert game for sure as they knocked us out of the playoffs and ended our season.”- Coach Leary There is a ton of excitement surrounding the 2022 Gladiators with a veteran presence and a hungry mindset to play fast, have fun and get back to a deep playoff run.
